Sha'Ronn's Transformation Story

My name is Sha'Ronn Brown. I have been married for almost 25 years, and I am the mom of two wonderful girls. I am also a business owner, where I am an Academic Coach for middle and high school students. I have fallen in love with exercising (most days), but it hasn't always been that way. I have tried every diet under the sun, and I finally came to the realization that most diets are short-term fixes. Although I have been working out for years, it was only about a year and a half ago that I became more committed to my exercise routine and nutrition. I got MAD (Motivated And Determined) about my fitness journey, and E3 has helped me tremendously along the way.

I have been a member of E3 since its inception in June 2021. Strength days are my favorite workouts, specifically push/pull/press, and chest/back days. 

The hardest part of working out is showing up on the days that are the most challenging for me. Now I am intentional about showing up on those days, and Coach J reminds me to never give up on myself.

What keeps me motivated is the way I feel overall. I am over 50, and my physical and mental health are my priorities. I also know that I am surrounded by so many wonderful people within the E3 community. We cheer each other on, and that is part of the culture at E3.

My best advice for someone starting their fitness routine is to take the first step...that's the hardest one. Once you begin, don't look to the left or to the right. Just look in the mirror and remind yourself that you're doing this for you.
